Father Diemert Council, #3379

The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic Men's Fraternal Organization devoted to the Catholic Church and the local community.  The organization is service oriented with many activities through which the members may serve the family, the parish community, the local community, and the global Catholic Church.  Founded in 1882 by Father Michael J. McGivney, the Order has always been involved in supporting vocations to the religious life.

The Vine Grove Knights of Columbus Council, #3379, was started in 1951.  The Council draws its members from the parishes of Saint Brigid, Saint Christopher, Saint John, and Saint Martin of Tours.  These men and their families are involved in many parish activities as well as the various programs of the Council.  Some of these activities are fund raisers for state and local charities.   The Council also hosts several social activities for members and their families.  The hall is used for receptions and as a gathering place for families after funerals.  Father Diemert Council, #3379, is located at 312 East Main Street in Vine Grove, behind Saint Brigid Church and School.  New members are always welcome.  If you would like to become a member, or just know more about the Knights, please contact any current member.  You may also leave your name and number at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 877-2194, and someone will get in touch with you.
